Dinosaur Train: Classic in the Jurassic at Omaha Children's Museum

I recently told you all about the Dino Big Dig Exhibit at Omaha Children's Museum. Well, get ready for even more dinosaur fun! On Sunday, August 3rd from 1 - 5 PM, Omaha Children's Museum will be hosting the Dinosaur Train: Classic in Jurassic Event!

Join NET Television at the Omaha Children’s Museum and enjoy all sorts of fun Dinosaur Train Classic in the Jurassic activities like:

  •  Hands-on activities related to the new, hour-long PBS Kids television special “Dinosaur Train Classic in the Jurassic” that premieres Monday, August 18th at 9AM on NET Television’s NET1. · 
  • Preview the “Dinosaur Train Classic in the Jurassic” special in the Omaha Children's Museum Theatre
  • Ongoing “Dinos: The Big Dig” exhibit activities: Treasure Creek mining sluice where children can uncover their own fossils, a “Paleo Plunge” featuring dinosaur games and scientific discoveries, and a “Dig for Dinos” area with hidden fossils. 
Keep your eyes out for Buddy from “Dinosaur Train” too! A costumed character will be available to greet kiddos and families, and take photos!

Members of NET Television can receive free admission ($2 value per person) to the “Dino Big Dig” exhibit at the Omaha Children’s Museum on Aug. 3 only by showing their NET Member Card. Regular museum admission will apply.
