I'll be honest, it's not that often that hubby and I can agree on entertainment for date night. I don't usually enjoy action movies and his kind of fun doesn't usually involve wine and painting. But, when The Australian Bee Gees come to town, you can bet that is one show we can agree on for date night!
The Australian Bee Gees Show will be at the Holland Center on March 1st and tickets are on sale now! If there is one song I'm itching to see performed, it's "To Love Somebody". There is something about that song that always reminds me how much I love loving my husband and how much he loves loving me. Oh, and make sure you go early for the pre-show with DJ Jimmy Z, a notable Las Vegas entertainer and emcee, who will be spinning music before the show!
Stayin' Alive is another great Bee Gees song and one that I'm sure will have everyone standing up and moving. The show itself is a Multi-Media Tribute Concert Experience that will take us on a nostalgic trip through the legacy the Bee Gees left behind. With over four decades of music that still has people grooving, the Bee Gees were one of the most influential and famous musical groups of all time. You don't know what it's like. Baby, you don't know what it's like.To love somebody. To love somebody.....The Way I Love You.
The Australian Bee Gees Show has mastered the look, sound and personality of the trio, while cementing their reputation as the world’s leading Bee Gees show. From early hits (“Massachusetts,” “New York Mining Disaster 1941,” “To Love Somebody”) to later classics (“Stayin’ Alive” and “You Should Be Dancin’”) this show will have fans reliving their favorite Bee Gees moments.
The Australian Bee Gees Show will be at the Holland Performing Arts Center (1200 Douglas St.) on Sunday, March 1st, at 7:00 p.m. Tickets start at $25, and are available at TicketOmaha.com, 402-345-0606 or at the Ticket Omaha Office inside the Holland Center.
