Warm Up/Cool Down presented by Prairie Life Fitness will be held at Turner Park in Midtown Crossing and its FREE and open to the public! If you are wondering what the heck it is.....it is an outdoor group fitness class and happy hour. Yep, you read that right. Warm up with a kick butt workout at the Pavilion stage for an hour, then enjoy exclusive Happy Hour specials at Midtown Crossing restaurants!
